Feb 2020; We had a great stay at 601 Reserve. The employees (Tracy & Ray) and manager (Missy) went out of their way to accommodate any request we may have had and they delivered without question. Big thanks to them! We had a 3 bedroom unit. The accommodations were clean, spacious and met every need. Publix and Target nearby. Recommend having a car. Food onsite was casual but also good. Could view the fireworks from Magic Kingdom nightly from the rooftop bar. Highly recommend.

November 2016 - My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving in a two bedroom unit. The units are brand new, very nicely appointed with all balconies overlooking the pool, but are compact in the communal areas. Unfortunaely the sun does hide behind the building at this time of year but we did catch some rays on the Pesidentiall Lounge balcony one day. I imagine in the summer this would be a blessing! We made use of the complimentary breakfast which was basic buffet fare both hot and cold offeings, but having a full kitchen and a Publix grocery store close by made it easy to create our own meals.. We enjoyed meeting the other members/guests during the complimentary wine and cheese hour in the private lounge, which was a lovely way to start an evening. Also there are plenty of restaraunts in the area but you definintley need a vehicle for this resort. We did not spend much time on the resort itself as we were not interested nor had the time due to our schedule to explore the other pools, games room, fitness area, water area, karaoke bars etc. Nor did we make use of the fast food delights. We did use the complimenatry shuttle which ran only once a day to Universal and once back, making for a very long day, and was full to sitting on the floor only on our return. Also our direction for where we were to meet the shuttle at Universal were not quite as we were told by our drop off driver. So that could be improved for sure, as it is a very nice idea to have. That being said our needs were met for what we wanted out of our stay, and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. They were ALL fabulous. We would / will come back.

Very nice and brand new property. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Our two bedroom unit was good for four persons, but could handle no more than 4. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice breakfast buffet service in the lounge area every morning. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, various breads, etc .... very nice. BUT BEST PART OF FACILITY WERE THE PERSONNEL !!! Very, very, very friendly and helpful at all times ....... absolutely fabulous.

I think this place is trying to offer high end service and for the most part, the staff are good. The two bedroom condo is very small with only a two cushion couch and no arm chairs. Anymore than two people have to sit at the kitchen table. The condo itself is nice and new with new furniture and appliances. The signature service pool or the balcony never gets sunlight (November)but there other pools close buy. The Presidential Lounge has a very basic wine and cheese and a basic breakfasr which is a nice jesture as there is no decent restaurant on the grounds. We wouldn't stay here again as there really is nothing to offer a senior couple in terms of dinning, golf, lounges etc. There are pool bars with fast food items. Best thing about this condo is the shower in the master bedroom, Five nozzles if I remember correctly.

November 2016 My family of 6 stayed at The Reserve Presidential Level during Thanksgiving week. This is NOT a Registry Collection caliber property. Notwithstanding that our 3-bedroom Presidential Suite was very nice, I don't have the time or patience to list all of the defects, including: (1) construction at the Reserve, including the unit we stayed in, is not complete; (2) the "Resort" is anything but . . . it felt like a strange combination of retirement community and mobile home park; (3) the Resort's amenities were terrible--we elected to spend all of our time away from the Resort; (4) the Resort's restaurants are terrible; (5) the complimentary concierge-level breakfast was a joke; (6) the concierge-level wine and cheese hour felt like a really bad Costco food sampling; (7) the Resort absolutely does NOT have a reliable shuttle to Disney parks--the shuttle is run bun an unrelated third party, it serves multiple Resorts, the schedule is unpredictable bordering on arbitrary, the shuttle's capacity was too low to be reliable, the Shuttle does not operate on the half hour or hour and does not consistently or predictably serve each park on any reliable schedule, etc. (we spent more than $500 on Uber because of the inadequacy of the Shuttle service); (8) the Resort staff was polite but mostly incompetent; (9) the Resort's housekeeping was oddly unpredictable and, at time, non-existent; and (10) the Resort did not feel safe enough at night that I would allow my two teenagers to go over to the clubhouse alone. In short, this was the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced with a Registry Collection property and I feel strongly that the quality of this property is misrepresented here. We will not ever stay at this property again, I would strongly advise others to not do so, I will feel compelled to be much more careful when staying at other Registry Collections properties because that designation now appears to be meaningless.

October 2016 My family and I recently stayed at The Reserve Presidential Level. The property is quite nice but it has a few deficiencies: the ceiling fans are very squeaky, the washer and dryer sets are of mediocre quality, the swimming pool is in the shade most of the day, the free breakfast consists of inferior quality food and is the exact same menu every day and the housekeeping is sporadic - some days they come in but some days they do not and they never did sweep the floor. Most importantly, we had a security breach in our room. When we returned one afternoon, our room was left unlocked - not just unlocked but blatantly open because the dead bolt had been engaged to prevent the door from closing. Security did come when we called. However, they stated that the Manager would contact us with an explanation but said Manager, never did call even though we were there for another four days. After a few days, a front desk staff member left a message for the manager, asking her to call me, and providing her with my cell phone number. I witnessed the message being delivered. My family and I felt very disrespected over the breach of security incident. Also, our swimming pool was closed for two days because unsupervised, incompetent staff members made a horrendous mess of trimming a few trees in the pool area. There appears to be some lax management at this resort.
