The staff was exceptional and very professional. It is a great place to visit. The resort accommodations were outstanding and the kitchen was stocked in the best way we have ever experienced before (such as with condiments and spices). The housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. Minor issues were that our cell phone carrier, AT&T, did not have coverage at the resort so we pretty much had to drive into town (either Bend or Redmond) to communicate with the outside world. I don't know if that is a bad thing or actually a feature for a nice vacation. Also, to see the Bend Redmond attractions, you have to drive 30 minutes plus each way, but central Oregon is a huge area with many geological features and I should have known driving for a while is to be expected.

This was our second Registry Collection exchange and it was wonderful … again. Pronghorn is first class in every aspect. Beautiful accomodations. Nice amenities. Great staff. Highly recommend with these caveats: It's a little remote, about 15 to 20 minutes to Bend. Off season (we were there in March) there's only one restaurant with a limited and pretty pricey menu at dinner. Bring a big wallet if you want to golf because greens fees are high and extras like a cart are extremely high: we got charged $50 to ride on day one. $55 on day two.In season you have to take a fore caddie. The spa pricing seemed sky high. BUT, the lodge is gorgeous, the staff is all friendly and helpful, there are plenty of walking and bike trails. The pool is heated. There's a nice fitness center. It was spring break week and they had an activity every day: mixology class, fat tire bike day, ice cream sundaes. Fun to have these social activities in the lodge. You won't be disappointed in Pronghorn. Top notch!

Our family, 4 adults, stayed at Pronghorn in late Sept. '16. The resort was fantastic. Spacious bedrooms(3) and living area as well as daily maid service, interior fireplaces(2) and a fire-pit on our private patio overlooking the 18th hole on the Nicholas golf course. Wonderfully equipped kitchen with all the necessary 'toys' to prepare meals...but the restaurants were just too tempting. Three great choices for dining. While this resort may at first seem out of the way, that is actually one of its interesting features. There is plenty to do there, golf, spa, yoga, on site hiking, walking, cycling, horseback riding nearby, etc., something for everyone. Our day trips to Bend and other sites were only 20-40 minutes away. I suggest reserving tee times and stable times before you arrive, but they ae very accommodating . The staff is great!!! They will line up reservations, tee times, on or off site for anything you want to do. We will be booking here again as well as other Registry locations.

There is a daily 30.00 resort fee which surprised us. Not sure what it covers. Otherwise we thought the place was great. Very beautiful setting but about 30 minutes from town.

Great place to stay. Staff was great. Our kids went to Camp Pronghorn which they enjoyed. Nice perk. Loved the pool. Great activities to do in the surrounding areas. Would stay again.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The resort itself was beautiful as were the condos. There were 10 of us ( including two small children) in a four bedroom huge condo. Everyone had enough space and privacy if they wanted it. Two or three could work in the kitchen with no problem and the storage spaces were ample for all our supplies. Our family took advantage of some of the activities offered during spring break and very much enjoyed them. The bicycles were so appreciated. After our son took his three year old for a ride in the bicycle cart he went home and bought one, and now they ride all the time. We give it an A+! Thank You!

We really enjoyed the quality of the house, appliances, and comfortability. It makes a huge difference to us considering we like to stay in vacation homes similar to our own. The only thing we didn't like was that the property was located 4 miles off the main road. Maybe this is standard for this area, but the road has several curves the entire four miles and it snowed 4 of the 8 days we were there and they did not plow, sand or salt the road and there were no street lights. It was very dangerous.

We've stayed in many beautiful resorts through Registry Collection. Overall, this was probably the best. It was definitely the best provisioned and had the best housecleaning services. The only drawback was that November 1 was the beginning of the off season and the golf course and restaurant were not open every day, and the pool and casual restaurant were closed for the season. Still, it was a great vacation!
