We love Mazatlan and Emerald Bay! The resort was full, but the staff maintained and provided safe, sanitized, excellent service. We always felt our health, the staff, and customers were their number one priority.

When contacted by the property prior to arriving regarding purchase of the all inclusive option the 'special' price that we signed up for was more than if we had purchased it on arrival. We felt cheated especially as we are pueblo bonito owners and the property was not willing to compensate for that ,,. If we go back we will wait until we get there to add the all inclusive before we go

I have been traveling to this resort for ten years with my spouse. It is an absolutely beautiful resort and a relaxing , rejuvenating vacation. I am a widow now and it was my very first visit since my husband's passing. I am unable to maintain my membership with the Registry Collection as a result. But wanted to take this opportunity to thank the Registry Collection for all the wonderful memories . It has been a pleasure. Thank you.

The service and friendliness of the staff at this resort is second to none. The upkeep is impeccable. We have been coming here since 2007 and can never wait to get back. It is absolutely paradise.

1. Discounted all inclusive is the way to go. 2. Many choices of restaurants. 3. Bath tub leaked water.

The overall upkeep and cleanliness is on the decline. Promises of future amenities is unfulfilled. Specifically many cigarette butts, empty soda cans and plastic bottles lying about on the grounds. Mice and ants are problematic. The serving staff are very eager to serve, polite and friendly and try very hard to please. The reception and concierge staff have difficulty providing even moderate service. The billing system is a nightmare.

We were put in the worst location right over the noisy main pool area. We tried to get the location changed but the front desk claimed that was the only penthouse unit available because of the busy holiday week and the fact that were were not using our owner's week. The unit was rather run down with a bad patch job on the ceiling, a crack in the counter top and ants in the kitchen in two units. The maid did not not appear to mop the kitchen floor even after a requested it twice.
