We felt very safe during the whole of our visit. Staff were constantly carrying through very strict hygiene and sanitation procedures and ensured guests abided by Covid-19 prevention procedures, at all times.

The accommodations were great, the views breathtaking. Fellini's restaurant was fantastic, as was Chef Brandon who prepared a Mexican buffet in our villa!

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience with the maintenance of the condo. It was very humid & very musty smelling in the condo. We ask them to come check the air conditioner but they never did. They did repair the sliding glass door that was broken. Also try had a rain storm that caused the roof to leak which caused the dining living area ceiling to leak which they never came to take care of.

Property location is too isolated from Cabo and was not walkable for older persons. The shuttle carts were not equipped for the handicapped. My husband had a cane and if the front seat was taken we had to wait. The market place was exceptional. They need a shuttle service to take residents to a Marina stop.

'BED' If you have a good bed you have a good vacation. However I was sore the whole week sleeping on the bed at this resort. Very poor quality. I would not stay here again unless they order better beds for all the units. OTHERWISE this place is great!

The main pool was closed for repairs . Every staff member tries to get u to attend a sales presentation to purchase a time share . Do not do this ! High pressure sales and a rip off

Shower door on bedroom side in room 1122 was missing & replaced with a curtain. Check in people did not tell us that building 11 was a smoking place & as a matter of fact we had to leave our patio and go inside our room after someone in unit 1111 was smoking on Their patio. The wind brought the smoke onto our patio and it was unbareable so we went inside. One of our guests from Texas was assigned to room 1211 that was supposed to be an executive suite, but it was not because it only had one bathroom. We paid for an executive suite and they did not know the difference until we spoke about their room at dinner the evening before check out!!! This should not have happened & we are very disappointed that this was not told to them at checkin time.

The trip started out poorly!! Our first condo was absolutely TERRIBLE. It was building #30. The air conditioning was awful. So musty & humid in the condo. Electricity went off in that building in the night. The drain in the bathroom sink horrible. Took forever for the water to get hot. There were at least 3 different bugs flying & in the kitchen & bathroom. No Kleenex. No paper towels. Every time the condo next to us or under us flushed the toilet it sounded like it was ours!!!! Totally unacceptable. We asked to move the next day! We got a wonderful guy at the check-in desk, Hugo. He was awesome & got us another condo & it was wonderful!!!! That property is showing it’s age & some condos are sooooo dated & having issues that’s why parts of the score is low. Will definitely go back though.

Property is showing lots of signs of no maintenance being performed. Dozens of examples. Plants dying. Water leaks everywhere. Their focus is now on new multi-million $$ homes and not this resort. We still like the long time employees and catching up with them.

We were EXTREMELY SATISFIED with our trip! Special thanks to Hugo at the RCI check in office! as well as Xail. Also, all of the staff, and many waiters, especially Pablo & Jeremy, and Martin, at the Main Pool. They took such good care of us!!

Before our stay, we got an email a week for months about specials and all inclusive packages that we did not want. TOO much solicitation and was not appreciated. Also calls every few ays to get the all inclusive were crazy too much. When we arrived the first two rooms smiled strong of dampness and mold. We finally moved to a newer room that did not smell, but the room had several broken things that were never fixed. We were not happy at ll with the property and will NOT return. Was not up to registry standards and upset that it is advertised as a nicer location

The exterior of the resort is beautiful and is well maintained. The check-in process is understaffed and I had to involve Registry Collection for assistance with charges on my bill. The showers have low water pressure, the phones don't work in many areas throughout the resort and the waitstaff is always pleasant but again severely understaffed. In addition, the resort seems to experience a lot of computer problems in ordering food or drink at the pools. More soap and paper towel dispensers are needed in the bathrooms near the pools.

We requested information on the procedure at the airport upon our arrival as to how we would get to the resort but there was no reply to the email and therefore found it quite distressing having to organise transport ourselves. We also took an all inclusive package but there were a number of exceptions which were not all made clear.

The only major problem we had was that there was a water problem in the unit, and I heard it was affecting other units as well. Either no hot water, for the first 2 days of our stay, or no hot water at all ( hot or cold).

All food at each of the restaurants are excellent. However, the offerings selection in room service and in particular, the quality of food delivered through room service is poor. Concierge & valet services are excellent.

We stayed a t Sunset Beach, but visited the other PB properties. Our visit this January was fabulous. We loved showing our friends this amazing property! We loved the ease and the beauty of our adventure!

We were constantly assaulted by sales people trying to get us to go to their 'presentation', or trying to sell us an all inclusive meal plan. They push the all inclusive deal, but if you don't do all inclusive you have very few options for eating as you have to make reservations for dinner at all restaurants, not something we always wanted to do. Also, service at the restaurants was very slow, and the food not very good. It is a beautiful resort, but constantly having to push away sales people was distracting and annoying.

The quality of the food and service at the restaurants has severely diminished since they have gone to the all inclusive plan. The wifi is poor quality and sporadic. The employees are wonderful, helpful and sweet. from the gardeners to the maids,

Sunset Beach is beautiful property. All the staff make you feel like you are special. This trip we had a personal butler which is a new program at Pueblo Bonito. It was so fun to be pampered and treated extra special. We will be making Sunset in December our yearly visit. The weather was perfect!

The upgrade to their new VIP Elite program brought with it unbelievable service and attention to detail. Everyone should experience having a personal butler and what they can do to enhance the enjoyment of a vacation.

The only complaint that I have with this resort is that they charge $12 a day for wifi. Otherwise we had a wonderful vacation.
