Call Your Reservation Consultant
Your Reservation Consultant will assist you with every step of the process. They are there to answer your every question about deposits, Credits, and reservations. What’s more, they can help you choose your ideal resort destination and let you know about special offers.
Understanding Credits
The Interval of time you deposit is worth a designated number of Credits in The Registry Collection® system. The same is true of the Intervals of time at every other property in the Portfolio. These Credits are how you make an exchange reservation for a holiday at any of the other properties in the Portfolio.
Depositing An Interval
This is how you gain Credits in order to make an exchange reservation. You may deposit Intervals from your resort anytime two years (730 days) to 60 days in advance of the check-in date of the Interval you are depositing. Intervals can only be deposited in increments of 7 nights unless otherwise noted.
Making the Exchange Reservation
Once you make a reservation for a property in the Portfolio, you exchange your Credits to complete the transaction.
What happens when the Credits for my Interval are more or less than the Credits required for the holiday I want?
In some cases, you can make multiple reservations for one deposited Interval. In other cases, you may need to deposit multiple Intervals to reserve one Interval from another resort. You may even borrow Credits from a deposited Interval from next year. The system is flexible and you get to choose how you use your Credits. Reservations are always in 7-night increments unless otherwise noted.
Ongoing Search
At times, a property may not be available at the moment you make your request. When this occurs, the most effective way to obtain your desired request is through the Ongoing Search feature. By simply indicating your desired travel dates, locations and size of accommodations, your request will be placed on a waiting list and an automated, round-the-clock search for your selections will be initiated for up to 60 days in advance of the vacation start date. If your selection becomes available, a Reservation Consultant will telephone you with the details and you will have 24 hours to confirm the vacation.

They provide you with the travel flexibility you crave—wherever or whenever the opportunity arises—for just half the published Credit requirement, regardless of unit size, season or destination. The Registry Collection® program is pleased to offer our members access to more than 500 resorts representing nearly 40 locations that are associated with RCI’s vacation exchange network. Achieving RCI’s highest quality award, the Gold Crown, along with consistent above average RCI member comment card scores, the associate resorts offer a vacation exchange alternative located in sought after locations. While the experience may be different than that of a Collection property, these resort vacation alternatives meet the standards of The Registry Collection program - providing you with even more vacation opportunities in destinations around the world. Extend your Credits
Need more time? For a fee you may extend your expiring Credits for another 12 months. Remember, Credits that have been extended into a third Use Year cannot be extended further and will expire if you do not book and travel by their expiration date.
Change of Plans?
Should you need to reschedule your stay, please contact a Reservation Consultant to see how some or all of your Credits may be reinstated*.

ANNIVERSARY YEAR
The term of your membership in The Registry Collection program. It is always extended by one year at a time from the effective date you renew.
CREDIT
The value you receive on your account upon depositing an Interval of time of your ownership. These Credits are used to make resort exchange reservations.
DEPOSITING AN INTERVAL
The act of depositing holiday time for use with Exchange Privileges.
CREDIT LIFE
The period of time during which a deposited Interval is valid for an exchange. The period extends from January 1 of the year of the registered Interval until December 31 of the following calendar year.

INTERVAL
The span of holiday time you own and may deposit. It is measured in 7-night blocks unless otherwise noted.
THE ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
Depending on the resort and season, all-inclusive properties offer packages for an all-inclusive fee that may cover meals, drinks, tours, transportation, resort activities, resort amenities, services and facilities. Fees, terms and conditions of packages covered by an all-inclusive fee are determined solely by the resort, and are subject to change at any time.
CREDIT PROTECTION
Protect your Credits in the event that you need to later cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, Credit Protection can be purchased within 30 days of confirming a reservation as long as the start date of the vacation is at least 30 days away. Click here to learn more.
