Q: I received an email from The Registry Collection® program highlighting properties and special offers. The email also contained information concerning the credits on my account, and this information differs from what my own records indicate. Can you explain why?
A: The account information that appears in your email is current to within a week of the date that the email was sent to you. Therefore, more recent activity in your account, including deposits, confirmations and cancellations, may not be reflected in the email. Q: The Registry Collection program sent me a link to a post-vacation survey, but when I clicked on the link I was unable to access the survey.
A: Your difficulty in accessing the survey is most likely related to the Firewall setting on your computer. To successfully access the survey, try adjusting the settings on your computer’s anti-virus software. You may also try copying the survey link and pasting it into your Web browser.
