Q: Why does your Web site indicate that a resort has availability, but when I call I’m sometimes told it is no longer available? 

A: Our availability grid is updated periodically, and scheduling is thus not in “real time.” Because availability can change by the minute, when you are ready to select a property in The Registry Collection portfolio, please call a Reservation Consultant to obtain the most current status and exact check-in dates.
