Q:  If I want more detailed information on a specific property after I have checked the website (www.theregistrycollection.com) and accompanying links, what should I do next?

A:  If the answers to your questions regarding a property or area attractions are not found on our websites or the additional links that are provided, we recommend you can either contact that property's concierge or utilize our Concierges Services. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, they are a great source of information and would be happy to help.  This service is complimentary with your Registry Collection membership.  You can reach them by calling The Registry Collection at 800.548.2300 and selecting the option for Concierges Services.

Q:  How long are my credits available for use?  

A:  You may deposit your interval as early as one year prior to the start-date of the interval.  The credits are placed in your account and are immediately available for use, pending verification of the deposit.  Credits remain on the account for use through December 31st two years after the year of your deposited week’s start-date.
