Edgartown Residence Club

The spirit of old New England comes to life in the heart of Martha’s Vineyard’s most picturesque village. Occupying the top floors of the “Porch Wing” of the Vineyard Square Hotel & Suites (formerly the historic Colonial Inn) on North Water Street, this luxury residence is designed to the highest standards, while maintaining the charm and warmth of this notable address. The character and history of surrounding Edgartown are beautifully woven into the design of your retreat. Antique hardwood floors call to mind the days of long ago, and the slate floors in the bathroom add a touch of elegance. From your private balcony, sip your morning coffee at sunrise or enjoy an evening glass of wine as you gaze across Edgartown Harbor. Venturing beyond your quarters lush landscapes, unspoiled beaches and breathtaking scenic views will greet you. Fill your days with salt air and sea-faring excursions, work on your swing at a nearby golf course, hunt down one-of-a-kind antiques or pamper yourself at the Club’s full-service spa. Discover comfort, excitement and happy memories in this ultimate home away from home.

Why is this resort unique?

From your window of your condominium you can look out onto Edgartown harbor. One of New England's most elegant communities, Edgartown was Martha's Vineyard's first colonial settlement, where stately white Greek Revival houses built by the whaling captains have been carefully maintained. This seaport village preserved from the early 19th century. The heritage of the tall square-rigged ships and their captains has been kept alive in this picture book setting of harbor and waterfront. Guests enjoy strolling Edgartown’s brick paths while discovering the charming architecture, elaborate seaside gardens, and sweeping views of the harbor and Chappaquiddick Island. For the past hundred years, Edgartown has been one of the world's great yachting centers.
