Cancun. There area never-ending horizons of fun in Cancun. Attractions arise everywhere and under every sign. Water-sports have in Cancun their greatest expression and they include sports fishing and scuba-diving in marine reefs, caves and gardens. Cenotes are the result of long process of dissolution. They are formed precisely when the subsoil water is exposed due to the caving in a cavity. Some of the cenotes are genuine caves that can wind down through galleries conducing to the water chamber, as can be seen in Xcecem or Dzitnup in Valladolid. There area also open cenotes of various dimensions: the face of the water in the small ones rests at ground level. In the larger ones, the body of water and the ground are separated by tall shafts.
Tulum. A land consecrated by the Indians, a shrine for rites of protection and science, is also a symbol of war. If before the arrival of the white and bearded man Tulum served as temple and observatory, legend has it that during the mid 19th century it became the cradle of a miraculous Cross that communicated with the Indians and encouraged them to keep up a war of extermination against the white man that had begun a few years back.
Scuba Diving at Riviera Maya. A cathedral like reef, the great Mayan Reef is the second largest reef system in the world. The 300 kilometer Mexican portion on this reef, also referred to as the Mesoamerican Reef, thrives with its blend of fish, crustaceans, mollusks, algae and all types of underwater life.
Shopping. The pleasure of shopping will find in Cancun one of its most sensual expressions. An indisputable advantage: many products in Cancun are a lot more inexpensive than in the United States or Europe since this is a duty-free zone.

Largest coral reef in the world with the highest visibility also a great place to spend the day in a very Caribbean Mexican Island.
