The Tradewinds experience is all-inclusive – with an open bar and a first mate that can make magic in the small galley aboard. Expect to take photographs of the wonderful displays at mealtimes. The crew becomes an integral part of your vacation – fishing and scuba diving with you, if you wish, and showing you the best sites to kayak or snorkel. They will show the basics of sailing to the uninitiated, assist experienced sailors in the handling of the catamaran, or simply get on with the business of moving you from one fabulous bay to the next – while you get on with the equally serious business of relaxing.

There is a sample itinerary posted on TradeWinds Cruise Club website under St Maarten. You would board your yacht on Saturday at 5 pm and spend the coming week sailing to wonderful bays, uninhabited Islands and busy ports, taking in the well known Islands of Anguilla and St Barths as well. Excellent opportunities are provided daily,  to snorkel, scuba, kayak and relax on the amazing beaches. If you want to visit the local villages or do an Island tour, such can be arranged with a professional taxi service, with bit of notice.

St Maarten is located in the North eastern Caribbean Island chain. The airport code is SXM, all major US airlines and some Canadian airlines fly into St Maarten daily. There are also daily flights from Paris for our European guests. Your yacht is docked at Port de Plaisance Marina. The marina is a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport.
Should you arrive early in the day, just come in to our offices, drop off your luggage and relax at a nearby pub/cafe. Boarding will commence at 5 pm with refreshing Welcome Cocktails.
